Why do I have to sign in?

Why do want my email address and a password?

Your email address is the best way to uniquely identify you as a specific user, without getting really personal. Your password helps to keep your information safe - especially if you're sharing a computer. Lots of people might know your email address, but not your password, too.

How many emails are you going to send me?

Why should I update my email address?

It is very important that you keep your email information current. You may be able to sign in, but you will not receive any messages from us if your current email is not on record. Also, if your old email address is reassigned to another person, that person may receive messages intended for you.

An invalid email address could cause delays in your order being shipped. If we have a question that needs to be answered about your order, we will first attempt to contact you via your registered email address. It may take several days before we assume that you are not receiving the messages and we attempt to contact you by other means.
