All services, except where specifically noted, are part of the standard Yankee Best vendor account and are included at no additional charge.

Create and maintain your catalog items

• We create an attractive display of your items as an integral part of Yankee Best.
• All catalog items are automatically included in our catalog index system and can also be found quickly using our search pages.
• Each catalog item includes a full description, photographic image, and all product details.
• Catalog items may be reviewed and ranked by customers giving you valuable information about your products.
• You may change any aspect of every catalog item online.
• You may display an unlimited number of catalog items.
• Click on the vendor's name in any catalog listing to go to the vendor's web pages.

Create and maintain your web pages

• The benefits of your own website without the maintenance trouble and expense.
• These are pages outside the main catalog, dedicated only to you and/or your business.
• Includes complete catalog of your products alone.
• Designed to match you, your company and your products.
• Use our standard format, or create something special!
• We can match your existing external site format.
• Many aspects of vendor web pages may be changed online by the vendor.

Provide complete e-commerce facilities

• Our shopping cart system is designed and maintained entirely by Yankee Best in order to meet the needs of our vendors and customers. Direct control gives us an added advantage in speed and flexibility to meet any market challenge, and also helps keep our overhead low so we can bring you all these services at such a low price.
• We accept all major credit cards and process all payment details.
• Extensive security and fraud prevention measures. Every transaction is validated before you receive an order.
• Our system calculates exact shipping charges by your method or ours, as appropriate.
• Calculate, collect and pay state taxes, import/export duties, fees & tariffs.
• Complete records of every order are available to you online.

Provide complete order fulfillment services

• Option 1: We forward orders directly to you, via e-mail or fax, and you ship from your location (drop-ship). We reimburse your exact shipping charges by your method.
• Option 2: We package and ship from our stock of your items directly to the customer. You receive automatic notification via email or fax of every order we receive.

Search for the vendor's name on any major search engine (e.g. Google, Yahoo, MSN, AOL, etc.), and you will find that vendor's Yankee Best pages listed in the top positions. Top positions get the most attention from buyers, and your customers will be pleased that your products are so easy to find. We labor every day to keep these rankings high for you.
• Pay Per Click - This key to online success provides our vendors with continuous national exposure. Ads for your products will appear on every major search engine beside next to those of well-known national catalog companies.
• Print advertisements - advertisements in both local and national publications bring more customers to Yankee Best and to you.
• Direct Mail - we use direct mail (postcards) to bring back existing customers and gain new customers who may not have found us through other means.
• Newsletters and Updates - We send newsletters to customers and other registered users who have requested them. This is a perfect opportunity to feature new vendors and products.
